In honor of Social Work Month,

We would like to acknowledge our volunteers who work in the social work profession. As club members, we value them for the time and effort they dedicate to the club, and as social workers we value their countless positive contributions to our community and its members.

Mario Rolle – Coach, clinical social worker

Mario Rolle had an incredible rugby career which spanned two decades and included playing for the Cuckoos Rugby RFC in the Bahamas, playing in both Under 18 and the Men’s National Rugby Teams before moving to Halifax to join the Saint Mary’s varsity rugby team and our very own PigDogs RFC. As a retired player, he has taken on a coaching role with our club. As a clinical social worker, Mario works with high risk population in the day, and runs his private practice at night where he focuses on mental health and sex therapy.
