The sign at our field is more than a poster. It is a reminder of who we want to be as a club. We want players to feel safe, families to feel welcome, volunteers to feel appreciated, and every child to enjoy the game in a positive environment.
Youth sport is strongest when adults lead by example. The way we cheer, speak, react, and support the game shapes the experience for every player on the field.

COACHES & REFEREES ARE VOLUNTEERS
Many of the people making rugby possible are giving their time because they care. Respecting volunteers helps keep the game going for everyone.
