BIO
Carlos was born and raised in Mexico City. He always studied in the a French school where he started playing rugby when he was eight years old.
When he finished high school he joined Wallabies RFC in Mexico where he was as player, executive and coach. During his time at Wallabies, the team won several times the national league.
When he was 18, he was nominated for the first time to play with the national team in the USA.
In 2008, when Mexico became part of world rugby he played the first ranking game for team Mexico and the 2011 World Cup Qualifiers.
In 2013, he decided to move to Nova Scotia with his family. He joined Eastern Shore RFC, were he was as player and executive and won a championship. For the last couple of years he has been involved in the creation of the Dartmouth East Rugby Union, to bring more player to play the sport. Last year he was the assistant coach for the Pig Dogs.
